All donated funds are processed for supporting of children deprived of parental care. The administrative expenses of Blagotvoritel Foundation are covered by it’s founder.

For more than 5 years Blagotvoritel Foundation helps young people raised in Homes when coming of age in their transition to independent adult life. The Foundation is involved in three long-term projects, sponsored by donations:

• "Social and Professional Adaptation" assists young people coming of age in adapting more successfully to independent life through additional professional qualification.
• "Higher Grades at School" stimulates the children from the three homes to obtain monthly stipends for marks of "excellent" and "very good".
• "On the Web" gives access for children growing up in Homes to modern information technologies and the Internet by means of Internet clubs set up in the Homes all over the country
